Terms and Conditions

1. All Commission works are STRICTLY for PERSONAL use Only.
2. DM me first if you wish to use it for Commercial Use
3. Clients are required to credit me when publishing it to other sites.
4. I reserve the right to decline the commission
5. I reserve the right to post the Watermarked version after completion
6. I reserve full Ownership of the Original artwork and WILL NOT allow it to be used in any form of blockchain-related technology or Ai art
7. Once the commission is finalized it will be considered as complete.
8. No Refunds are accepted at the moment.
9. Clients have the right to cancel their commission slot while waiting if they are unable to pay the amount.
10. Clients may not cancel nor refund once the commission has begun the sketching phase.
11. Cancellation mid-way of the project will terminate the commission. No refunds are accepted.

By agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to the Terms of service mentioned and must pay the amount for the service provided.

Things I would like to request before working:
-At least 3 images of the character, preferable turnaround with colors as well (see sample below)
-poses or scenario

Commission process for
Animated Commission

1. I will ask for the details on your commission and put you up the list. Commissions will be done in Queues.

I will not work on the next one until the current one is finished. I will directly message you when it’s your turn.2. 50% of the payment must be paid upfront before starting the commission for the illustration. The remaining payment will be paid when animating.3. Rough concepts will be presented before the actual sketch. Once the rough is approved, I will proceed with the clean sketch.●There is a limit of (3) revisions to the clean sketch I will not entertain any revisions afterward and proceed with the Lineart.4. No Revisions will be entertained after the Illustration process5.Once the final artwork is finalized I will send the Full resolution (Non-Watermarked) version.6. Turn around time for Animated Commissions is estimated about 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity.7. Updates or progress will be given by the artist at every stage of the commission.
